This product is a high-performance jaw crusher specifically designed for industrial-grade material crushing operations. As a pre-processing equipment that crushes various hard materials into coarse or medium particles through the extrusion and bending action of two jaw plates, it integrates powerful power, high-efficiency crushing, clean production, and durability. It is easy to operate, with adjustable jaw plate gap, suitable for materials with a diameter of ≤ 80mm. The particle size of crushed materials can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of approximately 2-67mm.​

Ⅲ、Working Principle

After the electric motor starts, it drives the eccentric shaft to rotate via the belt pulley. The rotation of the eccentric shaft causes the two movable jaw plates to perform periodic reciprocating motion. As the space between the two jaw plates decreases, enormous extrusion, impact, and splitting forces are applied to the materials in the cavity, crushing the large material lumps into smaller pieces.​

The crushed materials then fall into the material collection frame through the lower opening of the jaw plates. By adjusting the gap at the lower opening of the jaw plates, the discharge granularity of the crushed materials can be regulated as needed.
