Description:

We have three type of acrylic glove box for laboratory: Type A: It is Isolation/dust-proof glove box; No transfer box; Not vacuum in glove box; It could be replaced by inert gas. Type B: It could be vacuum in the transfer box and vacuum degree reach -0.1mpa; It couldn’t vacuum in the main box; It could be replaced by inert gas. Type C: It could be vacuum in the main box and transfer box; Limit vacuum degree can reach -0.1mpa; It could be replaced by inert gas.

Main Feature

The material is clarity PMMA, which is sample structure and easy to operate be able to pass through ultraviolet light.
Under usually conditions, its morphology is stable and high transparent.
There is a porous electrical socket in the glove box, which is convenient to scientific experiments.
Good sealing performance, and can shield and absorb the α -rays and low-energy β -rays which is emitted by radioactive materials, protect the human body to be damaged by ionizing radiation.

Main Application

In cooperation with scientific institution in the experiment of low-energy radioactive substance, it can be worked in the operation box when aseptic operation of microorganism inoculation and qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemicals and other airtight isolation operations.
Electronic materials, magnetic materials, equipment batteries, biological cultivation, food packaging, battery materials,etc. processing under protective atmosphere.
The glove box is a laboratory facility that high purity inert gas is introduced in the box and cyclic filtration the active substances. Also known as vacuum glove box, inert gas protective box, etc.
The main function is to remove the O2 and H2O and the organic gas. Widely used in ultra-pure environment without water, oxygen and dust. For example, lithium ion batteries and materials, semiconductors, super capacitors, special lamp, laser welding, brazing, material synthesis, OLED、MOCVD, etc. Also including biological applications, such as anaerobic culture, cell hypoxia culture, etc.

 

Optional Configuration

Can choose vacuum pump, and also can be customized according to demand.

Type A: This glove box is specifically for protection against radiation, isolation operation or dust-proof operation, and no
transition box.
Type B: As an anaerobic glove box, the transition room can be vacuumed but not vacuum in the main box, and the glove box could be
replaced by inert gas.
Type C: The main box and transition box can be vacuumed and replaced by inert gas, limit vacuum degree can reach -0.1mpa.
