The crushing equipment uses the extrusion and bending effect of two jaw plates on the material to coarsely or medium crush materials of various hardness. In the laboratory crusher, it is a coarse crushing processing equipment at the front end of the material, and is one of the indispensable processing equipment in the crushing stage. The process is simple and easy to use, the jaw plate spacing is convenient and adjustable, and the display screen intuitively displays the jaw plate spacing value, which can be adjusted arbitrarily between 1-10mm, which is convenient for laboratory personnel to master the sample discharge diameter, and is suitable for materials with a diameter of less than 30mm. Solve the pre-treatment process of high-purity samples. The power supply is 220v.
The MT 10 jaw crusher is the smaller model of the MT series and has been specially designed for sample preparation in the laboratory. The compact machine fits on any laboratory bench and offers safe and convenient handling.
The MT10 jaw crusher crushes small samples with feed sizes up to approx. 30 mm without losses.
Due to the crushing efficiency of this powerful tabletop device, particle sizes below 1 mm can be obtained. Reproducible results are ensured by adjusting the gap width.
The jaw crushers of the MT series are available in 4 different jaw plate materials.Throughput and final fineness depend on the crusher type, selected gap width and breaking properties of the sample material.
Robust design, simple handling and cleaning are the features of the jaw crusher models. Small amounts of sample are processed batchwise; for larger amounts the crushers can be operated continuously.

EASY OPERATION & CLEANING
Working with the MT 10 jaw crusher is easy and safe. The large, clearly structured operating panel allows for digital display of parameters such as gap width and speed.
The sample material is conveniently fed to the crusher via the large hopper equipped with splash-back protection.
For easy cleaning the fold-back hopper and crusher plate can be removed using tools. The user can also exchange the breaking jaws if the crusher needs to be converted for different applications.

FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLE
The Jaw Crusher MT 10 is a robust and powerful forced-feed crusher. The feed material passes through the no-rebound hopper and enters the crushing chamber.
Size reduction in the Jaw Crusher takes place in the wedgeshaped area between the fixed crushing arm and one moved by an eccentric drive shaft. The elliptical motion crushes the sample which then falls under gravity.
As soon as the sample is smaller than the discharge gap width, it falls into a removable collector. The continuous gap width setting with digital display ensure optimal size reduction in accordance with the set gap width value.
