Products Description
The box furnace, also known as a muffle furnace, is a heating furnace with a box-shaped chamber. It heats, holds, and cools products. The product remains stationary throughout the heating process, and loading and unloading occur through a single door or slot. It is also known as an intermittent production furnace.
(1) Thermal processing, industrial workpiece processing, cement, and building materials industries, for thermal processing or processing of small workpieces.
(2) Coal quality analysis: used to determine moisture, ash, volatile matter, ash melting point analysis, ash composition analysis, and elemental analysis.
Based on rated temperature, they are generally divided into: muffle furnaces below 1000°C, muffle furnaces of 1000°C and 1200°C, muffle furnaces of 1300°C and 1400°C, muffle furnaces of 1600°C and 1700°C, and muffle furnaces of 1800°C.
