Tubular furnaces are high-performance, energy-efficient, and are available in a variety of configurations, including single-tube,double-tube, horizontal, openable, and vertical, with single, dual, and triple temperature zones. They are widely used for sintering or annealing new material samples under vacuum or inert gas conditions. The furnace chamber is constructed from internationally advanced lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent thermal insulation, light weight, high temperature resistance, extreme cold and heat resistance, and resistance to cracking, crystallization, and slag, eliminating the risk of contamination to the fired product. They offer energy savings of 60%-80% of those of conventional electric furnaces.
