Tubular furnaces are high-performance, energy-efficient, and are available in a variety of configurations, including single-tube,double-tube, horizontal, openable, and vertical, with single, dual, and triple temperature zones. They are widely used for sintering or annealing new material samples under vacuum or inert gas conditions. The furnace chamber is constructed from internationally advanced lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent thermal insulation, light weight, high temperature resistance, extreme cold and heat resistance, and resistance to cracking, crystallization, and slag, eliminating the risk of contamination to the fired product. They offer energy savings of 60%-80% of those of conventional electric furnaces.

Working principle
The thermocouple, a temperature-measuring element, converts temperature into an electrical signal (voltage) that is then connected to a microcomputer temperature controller. The temperature controller compares this signal with the programmed value. The microcomputer then calculates the difference, its sign, and the time between the two values ​​to generate a control signal that reflects the furnace temperature change. This signal drives the electrical components (power module) to control the furnace temperature. A high-precision PID program is used for fully automated control, with furnace temperature and process information displayed digitally.
